Absolutely Useless, ZERO Comprehensive and TIME Wasting

If i could give less stars i would. Its been 2 months now since my accident has happened and Disc-hem Health has still not done anything, its absolutely appalling how useless these guys are, Its been 2 months since my injury, i am still to have my claims processed, i am still to receive my refunds for services i was told would be covered and would get refunded for and STILL I AM WAITING!!! Save yourself from a very frustrating EXPERIENCE AND STAY AWAY from these guys. The have absolutely zero knowledge of their OWN NETWORK, POLICIES or how to COMPREHEND BASIC EMAILS EXPLAINING THE SITUATION, Since the initial claim weve been keeping contact via email and i must say this is the most useless and frustrating experience ive had in my life, their staff have ZERO COMPREHENSION on how to read apparently. I am still getting quotes from the Hospital of my emergency visit BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVE NOT PAID IT YET!!!
