Dis-Chem has a whole lot of benefits that are not functional. I lost money on super useless health insurance. There's a benefit for "out-of-network doctors," yet they decline claims because of no prior authorization. There is never feedback from their authorization tab on the app. Dis-Chem is ****ming people.
