I have had the worst experience with Kaelo health insurance through Dischem health.

I am extremely disappointed with Kaelo's service. I took my child to emergency over 2 months ago. The hospital called Kaelo/Primecure and they said they would pay it. Till this day they haven't paid and I am getting emails from the hospital because Kaelo didn't pay them. Attorneys are calling left and right because of non-payment. I am paying R1296 for myself and my son yet I am getting nothing back from the medical insurance. I went to Dischem for asthma medication and still Kaelo did not pay for it yet on their policy they say they cover it. This is a total **** and *******.
