I have contacted dischem health before I went to see a network dentist of choice.The lady asked me to send Dr's details which I did she then gave me the heads up. I contacted the dentist and made an appointment.when I got to the practice I was told that their facility doesn't take Dischem health medical insurance regardless of my Dr being listed as a network Dentist. I then consulted as a private patient but was seen by the same dentist. I submitted my refund claim within 24hrs but till today we are still going back and forth and my refund hasn't been paid and i have a couple of follow up appointment which I'm paying for in cash. I was told that they dont accept the submitted invoice format regardless of how many times I explained why my account was captured as private. I went back to the facility and asked my Dentist to try and match the required template which I resubmitted weeks ago and still zero response. I have never missed my payments and I thought i have opted for almost top tier cover but the stress that comes with upfront payments and refund claims which you are not even guaranteed reimbur*****ts.Don't fall into the same trap
