DIRECT DEBT SOLUTIONS AND FNB COHERSING???

They approuch you with an expensive offer to reshedule debt and inform FNB that you accept whereafter FNB convert an overdraft into a 19% interest loan plus fees (which only appears on your App two years later) despite you declining their offer. FNB admitted that several clients complains about this but neither company have been able to provide proof of concent/aggreement. Isn't this ***** on the paet of Direct Debt Olutions??? And gross neglegence on by FNB???
