DEBT REVIEW STATUS

I am writing this text very frustrated, last year I had an agent who called me and explained how being under debt review hows and I had to rush to a meeting and I told the guy who call me again later to finish up our conversation. Just after few minutes I saw emails flying sent to my creditors by them telling them that I am now under debt review without my consent or signature. I called them furious to ask them how can go ahead process things without my signature and they sent withdrawal and rejection to creditors and didnt update with the credit Bureaus, whenever I try to apply for loans or open accounts I get declined because they say I am under debt review and I must contact the provider who put me under debt review to update with the credit bureau. I have tried contacting Direct Debt Solutions to get assistance fix this mess but I am not getting any assistance in instead I was told that I must send them my paid letters and I have asked them why should I do that cause I dont even have a contract with them or owe them any explaination.
