What is the use? Lounge access ****!

I am a diners member for 3 years. I keep my account paid all the time and always have the amount spent so that I can access the lounges at the airports. Now the domestic lounges in South Africa won't allow you in until 2 hours before departure time! If I have to be at the gate 45 minutes early that only gives me 1:15 in the lounge and if I am a minute earlier I am charged! What is the use of the lounge if you can only sit there for an hour 15 minutes. Internationally lounges are used so that clients can relax there on a long layover so as not to sit in the airport building. Diners is becoming a ****! Initially I was given Voyger miles for any purchase now it is only qualifying purchases. I phone in to the call centre at 17:04 today and they couldn't help he. The only person there was from the ***** department and he rep**** with a smug reply and I hope Diners listen to that recording of the phone before getting back to me. The company makes a lot of money from our vendor service charges and we as clients are getting less and less for it. Restricting the lounge time to 01:15 hours is a joke, I hope your clients start to see this and stop their services. Please could you let me know how you would expect a lounge user to shower and get a sneak in 01:15 hours. What you expect someone with a 4 hour turn around to do?
