<p>Based on your reviews I've read.... It seems poor disgusting and terrible are common when it comes to the service a company of this prestige offers.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your call center is worth **** over weekends. Not helpful at all.... When you are told "you can call us anytime sir" utter bull****. </p>

Great deal of thanks to Chris Esterhuizen and Shanaaz Govind for going the extra mile and making the exception to assist me. There was a clear disconnect with regards to my own understanding around DCI systems and procedures, however after Chris and Shanaaz explained the matter was resolved and my understanding around DCI is much better understood. Thanks again and apologies for the frustration caused. I appreciate your assistance.
