useless diners club

I have Diners cards for years now. but since two weeks my one card is getting rejected. I cannot phone them as it is impossible to get through to an agent. message is totally inaudible and distorted. nobody cares to phone me about a possible problem. Diners has become a waste of time many shops don’t even accept it because of their high charges. useless Diners!
