Shocking Service

Its a pitty that Hello Peter does not have a 0 rating option. I have a query outstanding for nearly 2 months now. I tried their call center first without success and then emailed them. Still no luck in getting my issue resolved. I have requested "read receipts" on my mails and are receiving them. This means someone is getting my mails, but it is obvious that they don't care to even try and assist.

One would think a company this size would take pride in delivering a high quality service, but its very dissapointing and frustrating that this is not the case.

I decided to request assistance from the NCR. Because of this, its going to take a while to get results, but I'm prepared to wait a little longer for answers. I would want to highlight my issue to the NCR as I'm sure if it happened to me, others are effected as well.
