Shocking lack of s****s

A description cannot even be written. It is a simple request and i have spoken to 7 people including a team leader/supervisor in the past 5 working days but . . . no one can answer why the amount they calculate is not the amount on the statement . . .Why is there a difference? Is there some other mathematics that Diner's /Standard bank uses? Perhaps its a simple lack of understanding of how your own billing system works. Somebody, anybody at least acknowledge that this simple query is actually capable of being resolved without too much mental effort. I have even broken down the matter so that it will be easy to understand, I have sent multiple emails and made many phone calls asking the same question. Where is the money I paid reflected? Not one person has a response. Not one!!
