Reminder smses to pay an account I didn't open

I keep receiving these smses: Dear Diners Club Member. The closing balance on your latest invoice dated 2015/09/15 is R1,737.43 Query? ***.<br> Every month it gets higher and I have informed them via email I do not have an account nor did I request it. Clearly someone is using my cellphone number. Diners Club requested my ID nr which I refuse to give because they should be able to see which one of their clients is using my cellphone number on their profile. I have blocked these sms numbers yet I keep receiving them. There is ***** going on as I did not give my number to Diners Club. I want my number removed ASAP. I receive these smses on the 16th of every month
