Queries not being solved but billed for renewals

I reported on numerous occasions that i wanted my account closed with diners club. They informed me that i could not as i have outstanding balance, which i queried and the reply was r1000 for europe assist monthly payment, which i had no knowledge of as i used my card about a year ago, but opted to renew last year for in case i needed it. So diners cust services said they will follow up with standard bank, which they never did. Again i callled and this month im billed for renewal as well as this outstanding balance which has penaties of R129 per month for a R9 subscription i dont know about...now i cannot cancell but they can renew my subsscription while my card is blocked for outstanding so called subscriptions.....no one seems to take this serious at diner club
