Payment Made yet said to be in arrears!

I have been a Diners Club Credit Card Account Holder for a while now and yet the service I have received is absolutely disgusting and I would never recommend Diners Club to anyone. I make payments on time and am always in good standing. An error by a teller at Standard Bank deposited the payment into Diners Account yet with an incorrect reference due to the tellers negligence. I get numerous calls regarding my account in arrears however after several emails including proof of payments stating i am up to date, the service i receive is as if i am an account holder with difficulty making payments and need to be sent to 'credit rehabilitation' Absolutely **** service. The money is in your accounts (customer service tell me that every time) however its not in my account neither is it allocated to someone else it is just there yet you will not assist me in solve the issue and just call me to make payments. I keep calling you to note that the reference number inserted was wrong however the money is in the account yet your staff will not even attempt to assist me in solving this problem. If I am blacklisted for this, i will sure bring in legal measures. I have has Enough **** service,
