<p>I app**** for 4 additional cards more than 7 days ago. No theres no record. I phoned Diners CLub to speak to someone but they cannot get hold of the right department. I was told an email was sent... yea right, as if anyone respond to an email. Samantha, you are extremely rude for keeping me on hold after incisting to speak to new business and after 30:18 minutes putting the phone down in my ear! I am leaving for Thailand in 7 days AND still theres no response from the Diners Club "corpse".... pathetic.</p>
