Left cash strapped abroad.

I made a payment of R52000 on 9/4/2015 into my Diners account to bring my account up to date, this was in accordance with an email I received from Mr Ramoshaba. I later made another payment of R37500 on the 23/4/2015. In total R89 500 was paid into my Diners account and I was informed by Mr Ramoshaba in 2 separate email correspondence that my account is now fully up to date. I have been overseas since July 2014 and regular use of my Diners Club card was key to my stay abroad, When I attempted to make use of my Diners card all transactions declined. Upon contacting the call centre I was informed that my account is actually in arrears and handed over to their legal department for collection and there is nothing further that they can do to assist me. The legal department representing Diners stated that the payment of R52000 was never received and my account was handed over on the 16 April 2015 they are still sending me emails stating that my account is arrears of R 53 297 Has a result of this I found myself completely cash strapped aborad and had to cut my trip short and immediately had to return to SA. I am seriously disappointed in the services and feedback received from Diners.
