Hidden Charges
Got massive bill for my airport lounge visits from last year, no communication was given to tell the customer that these visits will be charged at such high rate unless I spend 5K in that quarter. I am sitting on a bill of 6K+ for 4 airport lounge visits. If I would have told in time that these visits will be charged If I dont spend 5K I would have done that easily, due to no communication from diner's side I am sitting on a 6K+ bill now......
