Here we go again Diners Club "THE BLAME GAME"
I place on record the reason why this **** bank cannot do anything right.
They blame Pick N Pay but this is the response they give me.
We have done a follow up on this with our Online Team and have been advised that the reservation amount will need to be released by Diners.
"Kindly provide them with the following bank reference number to enable them to release the funds to you: 849559."
This is not the first time I have resorted to HelloPeter for Diners Club last time they admitted to given MY PRIVATE INFORMATION to AVIS.
It is said that this card is exclusive but F>>> the staff are useless.
