FICA????

<p>My husband has been with diners club for going on 20 years. He repeatedly has provided FICA documentation and changed his address to our current address, but the address keeps reverting to a P O Box no for which there are NO FICA documents.</p> <p>The last time was in Feb 2016 when all the documents they required to change the address where supp****. The March statement arrived with the 'new' address on it. Yay. Short lived I'm afraid as the very next statement reverted to the old address for which, I repeat, there is no FICA documentation?</p> <p>On enquiring with Diners Club, they said we have to resupply all the documentation we supp**** in Feb!!!! This is no solution as, based on the track record, that will only correct it for a month.</p> <p> </p>

So I had a call from Ashton Maharaj at Diners (followed by and email Wed 5/18/2016 2:52 PM) and they sent a courier around for a copy of the documentation required again. A day or 2 later (Fri 5/20/2016 2:46 PM) I enquired if all the documentation was now in order. I have still not heard back and the number on Ashton's email does not work. We have checked the account and the address has not been corrected. So much for the promises made!
