Extremely poor service - Overpromise underdeliver

On the 12th of May 2017 a guy called Charlton from Diners called me about the possibility of qualifying for a Diners Card with a limit of R20000.00 He asked me alot of questions to see if I qualify and at the end he said that I do qualify and that my card will be delivered the next week via courier. Its the 24th of May now and no card has been delivered which makes my very worried now, because I now get the scare that the call from Charlton might be a **** and that they want to have my personal details to commit ********** activities.

I've emailed the following email address ********** 3 times in the last 3 days, but still no response back. This is unacceptable from Diners and if this is the way to lure new clients then I can't understand how they keep their existing customers

Chris
