Empty promise

<p>I app**** for a Diners Club card and was approved on 29/08/2016. Phoned today to follow up but no application was captured? No record at all? I was promised to be called before end of business today which.... never happened (unless business hours are till 12 tonight). This is supposed to be an elite organisation with great benefits. "A first impression is a lasting impression" and Diners Club failed this one completely. If you are not interested in business, rather not advertise then and advice clients to go elsewhere?</p> <p> </p>
