DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM A PREMIUM PRODUCT

I noted that my Diners Club card had expired after trying to make a payment for the Easter Weekend holiday with my family. I contacted the Call Centre and was assisted by Isabela.

She advised me that my card is with their courier and that they could not deliver it to me because they did not have my ID number? Later she changed her excuse to they could not deliver because the initially sent my card via the Post Office, LOL.

She refused to put me through a manager or arrange for Manual Authorisation for transaction which I would need to make over the weekend. He attitude was that ALL MANAGERS HAVE ALREADY LEFT FOR THE WEEKEND therefore they cannot assist me????

This is absolutely disgusting service from a Premium Product. I was on hold for over 30minutes trying to have this issue resolved and continued to hold after I posted this complaint.

One would expect that a prestigious product like Diners Club would have a solution for their customers especially if they are at fault for the problem >>> as in my case!
