Diners Club - they should be prosecuted for their behaviour

Most heinous spammers ever. This message should have them in court "Our records indicate that you have chosen not to receive Diners Club marketing communication .... If you would like to change this please reply YES and we will update the records to ensure you stay informed about your Diners Club benefits". To send that out beggars belief. I got it twice! I then got showered with more junk from them on the same day, not even relevant to me. Diners NEVER has good special offers, they are all *******.
