Diners Club service unacceptable from inaudible and distorted voice to agent

I have Diners cards for years now. but since about two weeks my card is getting rejected. the voice message is totally inaudible and distorted. I tried to phone them as it is impossible to get through to an agent who can assist me. nobody cares to phone me about the problem
