Diners club lounge at Istanbul airport

i travelled back from Tokyo , via Istanbul in December 2014. I chose that route , as it was the most convenient, and also, according to the diners club website, had 2 diners club lounges, where I could wait out my transit time. I checked the diners club website of the DC lounge details , and also called DC in hyde park , and a consultant confirmed the DC lounge details. upon arrival in istanbul, no dDC lounge was in existence, and despite there being some 20 lounges in the airport , non were DC lounges. the receptionists at these lounges were all quite rude when asked if they were DC lounges or for directions. CLEARLY I WAS NOT THE FIRST DC customer making this enquiry.i then paid to go to one of these other lounges , and immediately sent an email from Istanbul to DC asking for an explaination to the above, and expressing my frustration and dissatisfaction. NO REPLY to DATE. I then a few weeks later , sent the email request again. NO REPLY to DATE I then called DC in hydepark and spoke to a consultant, who again confirmed the existence of the lounge. and said they would reply formally to my complaint.
