Diners Club dragging their feet with enquiries

Although my account is paid up with Diners Club, several requests made to Diners Club to clear my account with the Credit Bureaus were in vain. I phoned numerous times and were promised that the matter will be attended to. And still no results. They are quick to list a client on a Credit Bureau but they drag their feet after you paid them fair and square and is nothing owing to them. I hope this matter will now be dealt with.
