Diners Club does not deliver on customer service!

I received a call from Diners Club early in October 2019 and was advised that my card will be delivered within 5-7 working days. After 3 engagements with the call center I was advised that I would be called back as soon as they get a sense of what's happening with my application... I have not heard a single thing from any of the individuals I've spoken to... One of the consultants name was Samantha. This is ridiculous service.
