Cannot get a PIN for my Diners Club card

I received my new Diners Club card (business) a few months ago and was reluctant to get a PIN for the card knowing wat a laborious process it is trying to contact Diners. I however require the PIN to pay for hotel bookings, car bookings etc. I tried to contact Diners today through the numbers provided in the SMS they sent to me i.e. *** (this option is not viable as the prerecorded message is completely inaudible) or ***. It took more than 7 attempts to eventually get through to the option that I wanted. There is no keypad option initially and it is all voice activated. I must have developed a speech impediment overnight, or I naturally speak like Ozzy Osbourne, because the “system” did not understand what option I was selecting and eventually gave me the keypad option. I then got through to the option where the call was routed to an external number where I had to accept the terms and conditions, and I had to key in my identity number. I was then put in a queue to speak to an agent. And for the next 18 minutes I had to hear that “all our agents are currently on a call”. The next thing my call was again routed to an “external number” and I had to again accept the terms and conditions which meant I would again be placed at the back of a new queue. It is going to be easier for me to pay for business trips using my private Discovery Bank credit card and claiming it back from my employer, than trying to get a PIN for my Diners Club card.
