Cancellation of card

I called Dinersclub to try cancel my card as I am now living in Canada and cannot use it here. I was instructed to e mail their customer services, which I have done 3 times now and no response. <br> I have also instructed in my e mail not to call me as there is a 9 hour time difference and I no longer use my SA number.<br> any response ?????<br>
