Bad service
Extremely poor telephonic service,after receiving sms to contact the center.,no response for more than 30 minutes, Annoying and costly, and most importantly you don't get help after waiting on line for so long, but informed that all the "Agents" are busy and will attend to your call SHORTLY ?? Need to get more efficient and deserve the high charges on the card usage!
