Bad Service

<p>In October 2015 I went to U.S and Diners Club assured me that that I can use my card while ther. To my surprise 9 out of 10 times the Diners Club so called international card was not accepted in the States. The systems there were more than willing to accept my Capitec card because it is a Masters Card.</p> <p>In March 2016 I booked for a trip in Botswana making use of Diners Club concierge services, they assured me that the hotel I'm book in then takes their card, to my surprise this was not the case. Again my Capitec Master card came to the rescue.</p> <p>Now recently I went to Israel, I wonder why I expected a different experience. Upon calling them from Israel the call centre agent told me the card shows to be working normally without restrictions, obviously this was not the case.</p> <p>Recently Diners club moved to to the standard bank IT platform, this automatically changed my contact details to that which was on the standard bank old database which due to an old vehicle finance deal I had with them. For me to have my mail and sms I had to go to the nearest standard bank and update contact details back to the original details I had furnished Diners Club
