Absolutely disgusted/embaressed and beyond annoyed

<p>So diners club first phoned me about 6 months to offer me a card and after a ten minute phone call i was told i dont qualify, annoyed i moved on with my life.</p> <p> </p> <p>Around this time last month i was called again, the first thing i said to the consultant was that i've been through this before and i dont qualify with my salary, i was told they had they had lowered the salary requirements to get new clients, so i went through process and given the approval and credit limit which all parties agreed to.</p> <p> </p> <p>I waited for your couriers, i made the copies of the documents you requested. I went through effort to wait for your courier. I havent even used the card, In fact i paid R20 onto it just to make sure i had the eft process down for future payments..</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i get a phone call saying i must destroy the card and i no longer qualify for diners club, basically "we changed our mind, you are a piece of human trash". The person who phoned was condescending and offered little explanation beyond an audit being done</p> <p> </p> <p>I demand a proper explanation, and apology and something to compensate me for my time. Was your consultant bull-s the applications? My financial situation hasnt changed since last month??</p> <p> </p> <p>Im utterly disgusted, appalled and embaressed. And what about my R20 since im clearly to poor for diners club so i obviously need that back???</p> <p> </p> <p>And i havent even received an official communication to say it was cancelled?</p>
