Diner Club Card<br> Reference 361 ***<br> It astounds me that I have notified - via all my voice recordings over their customer care line that I am not interested in renewing my Diners Club membership.<br> You have incorrectly charged me your annual fee of R500 + - for over 7 years now!<br> Every year I complain and ask for a refund!<br> I find on my bank statement today that on the 02 July 2015 a further R270 has been charged.<br> What the hell!<br> I don't want a clerk phoning me, nor a customer services operator, nor the head of your customer services manager running your marketing or care line. I want your marketing director to give me a ring so I can personally tell him that his current marketing campaign ****ing off loyal clients of the past are sick and tired of your inability to look after never mind winning over new clients.<br> ****ED!<br> Phone me now!<br>
