How do you keep your business afloat? Your service is unacceptable, your staff dishonest and your feedback inaccurate. You disappoint time after time. Decision makers never available (how convenient) and your customers suffer as a result. You have an opportunity to turn the tables, but from what I have seen thusfar, you won't even try.
