Poor service delivery

Digital Revelation has worst service, they took months before delivering our toner and their staff duck and dive our calls. I had to hide my caller ID to get a hold of one of their consultants who keeps on feeding me with excuses. I do not understand how they are still in business because clearly they do not know how to run it. The owners need to either close shop or up their game with service delivery because this is nonsense.
