Counselor wanted a Image runner copier canon 3025i and the sales person told me that it would be better to get the image runner copier canon 3525i, they said it's more of an updated version as well as better quality as the canon copier 3025i is out of date. Staff were very helpful and I appreciate their commitment and dedication as they kept me in the loop and updated me almost daily on what was going on, i.e. the arrival time of the canon copier and where it was on what date. Another thing that I really appreciated was that they kept the canon copier for me even though some customers wanted to purchase the machine and finally they gave me all the information that was needed for the copier and I'm very happy with the everything that they have done as well as the end result! Counselor and everyone here at the Embassy is very happy too. So I thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you have done.
