They don't even deserve one star.

Very poor service, you have to check that they don't change terms agreed upon on the contract before you sign. I asked for a 3 year contract and they tried to make me sign for a 5 year which would have been a nightmare with them.

We cancelled the contract because they could never supply toners or service, and then, 6 months later, they started to *******ly deduct money from our account again without our permission or a mandate.

When you call them, the girl in accounts just refers you to someone else, who is never at the office and don't answer her cellphone. They also ignored my emails at first.

After threatening to report them to PASA, they promised to do a refund. They did not and then after further talks, they promised to pay that month end, which they also did not do.

STAY AWAY!
