Bad Business

They took my printer on 3 June for repairs and have not returned it - it is now 28 June. In all that time I have had to follow up because they dont provide updates. I told them I need the printer for work but they dont care. I was then promised that it would be delivered on 27 June but it was not. I wonder if I ever get my printer back if it will even work or be fixed properly.
