Appalling service delivery

The most *********** service provider in SA. Every single time we need to get a new toner, we have to wait for months even though we give them notice well in advance. Why are they even still in business if they are not going to deliver. I honestly don't understand how this company is still operating because they are in any case not providing satisfactory service to any of they're customers by the looks of things.
