You suck
I cannot sit on the phone for a half and hour because you did not do what you said you were going to do and that is to sms me a contact number who I can phone when delivery will be done
Please can someone that is competent phone me extremely urgent to arrange for delivery as I am not at my delivery address. Must I really sit there and wait for you from 9 to 17? Are you mad?

Based on the information on the systems we notice that the order is out for delivery today, this then means we cannot alter the delivery date as the information has already been handed over to our couriers. Our couriers delivery between 09:00 and 17:00.
