Worst service and *********** employees

<p>I got a cellphone device via them, i was hijacked and lost the device lucky i had it insured. i have been requesting an ITC Ref number for digital planet in order to submit my insurance claim for the past 2 weeks. to date is still have not received it. the agents do not update and return your calls. dealt with Aviwe Skiti, Johny Lekota and Neo Mokoni with no possitive feedback.</p> <p>They are difficult to get hold , i even had to physically visit their offices with no halp still. i called MTN personally and they confirmd that business phone are blacklisted within 2 hours. how can this be taking so long.</p> <p> </p> <p>Dealing with thesepeople is the last thing i'd ever what to in my near career. mind you my insurance claim is still pending. i even requested a reference number as proof that this was actioned and the could not provide me with. MTN was willing to ssist with the reference number of which they failed to provide me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Where is the Consumer Protection Act/Ombudsman to help wth tis kind of services.</p>
