Worst SERVICE - and emails bouncing back???

So so disappointing!!!!!!!! I took off work today to await my FNB delivery. Digital Planet has at least 25 people answering their phone promising me my delivery is happening today!! I am still waiting. They swore high and low that it is on the sytem and it is out for delivery and with the couriers!!! I called the couriers they don't even have my order yet?????? Its not the first time. The previous time some clever person at Digital Planet decided FOR me that my order was cancelled and sent it back to FNB????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now that I ordered again I order express order - and wait.... no nothing yet! After they saw it on the system that it is out for delivery????!
