Worst Service

We have been waiting for our LTE router to be delivered. My entire business depends on being online and its still not delivered! After being on the phone for 25 minutes waiting for someone to take the call and being passed to and fro between operators I was finally cut off... I got hold of someone eventually after another 15minutes just to be told that it is going to take another 3 days!!! Unexceptable!!! We went through all the trouble getting all of this in place before we moved so that we would not have to deal with the stress of getting year end work done and out without being online. Not happy!!!
