WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!!!!!!
Worst courier company out there. Was told I would receive my order on Tuesday only to get an sms confirming the wrong delivery address called Digital Planet 20 times and could not get through. On Wednesday I finally got through to someone as Digital Planet only to be told the parcel would be delivered the same day as the address had been updated. Thursday I received an sms saying the parcel would be delivered, once again the wrong address.They do not let you know if they are not going to deliver, they just expect you to sit and wait until 5 PM to “see” if they deliver. To top it all of they send an sms saying you may be charged for delivery due to failure to deliver when no one from this company even showed up.
