Worst Call Centre Ever !

<p>Go ahead try them yourself. If you dont hear yourself through the feedback om the line you are lucky. That is to say if you get through to speak so someone in the first place. If eventually you end up with an agent you just get placed in a queue to grow old. I have been on the phone for more than 2 hours trying to get some information from them, after 28 min, the call just cuts off! TWICE IN A ROW!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Never, never , NEVER will I deal withe them again. I will retract my order placed through Nedbankgreenbacks.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />For the life of me I cannot understand why Nedbank wants to deal with them. </p>
