Will refuse a 'delivery' from this company next time. Nonexistant, waste of time service

Supposed to deliver between 9-5, waited all day - apparently tried to deliver at 5.30 which is absolute garbage because i was still there then - what your phone didn't work or you couldn't follow basic instructions ? Next day followed up twice - on the phone for ages - 3rd person I spoke to at 4.30 told me it hadn't even left the depot ?! Then they wont let you collect from depot, you can't even contact the courier company !?! There's no need for 3rd party courier services especially this apalling, nonsensical company who just waste days of your time with zero communication.
