Why is this company still allowed to be in business
I totaly agree with what you saying, absolutely no way of checking on your order or tracking it. My order VODB10569, i cannot see where or what day its going to b delivered. Tried calling alomst 23 times, but to no avail because its just kept on hold. An when you not going to be at home an its delivered, it gets sent back an you cant ever get your order. Vodacom should seriously consider partnering with a much more better courier company, or just in general a better company to deal with. Your services are very poor or even non existent.
