Waiting on order.

As much as Digital planet is criticized. I would like to command their consultants truly speaking they try so hard. I called in to inquire about my order, after it couldn't be found on the system, my issue was escalated by Eve and an order number was created for me. She then called to advise that as soon as order was cleared she would be able to arrange delivery. She did however advise that I would probably get my order next year which didn't make sense and I was quite angry but she genuinely tried, even monitored and escalated but at the end on her side there was nothing she could do as warehouse was closing. I have accepted that order will be delivered next month and I shall patiently wait and hope that Digital planet will deliver.
