VODB10665 - ORDER - NOT WAITING ANYMORE
I Have been waiting for ever for a black Friday deal I did with Vodacom. Voucher I got for my TV says Digital Planet will be in contact with me. I had to get my HUSBAND to write a letter to say I could use his TV License. Again no one called me. O hold for about 20 minutes to get told I will only receive the TV in January???? Can't I collect it myself?? I am not waiting so long for something that Vodacom has once again not delivered on customer service..

You will receive an SMS on 072*****81 once the courier scans the order on their side, which will say delivery will be on/before 13/01/2020.
Please ignore the date as we have requested delivery for this year and once the order is out for delivery an SMS will be sent to the same number.

I received the SMS advising delivery on or before the Monday the 13th January. That was on Friday the 13th December.
No further messages for when it will be out for delivery as you state above.
Is there a way of tracking the couriers or something?
