UTTER DISGUSTING - UNPROFESSIONAL- ****PIEST SERVICE ON EARTH!!!!!!

Digtal Planet is run by a bunch of *********** LOW LIFES who do not understand the first protocol of running a business. I have been waiting for my LTE- ROUTER which I ordered from Afrihost for days now. Every time I call i ma put through to the 'AFRIHOST' department and then Digital Planet drops the phone on me. With our current economic situation, how on earth can people run a business like they are running a ****A shop. I am so furious, utterly disgusted and I cannot even phathom that in this day and age such useless companies exist. When they are in competition with other A grade courier companies such as DHL and POSTNET why do we have to put up with such **** PATHETIC and *********** SERVICE. They do not even provide you with a time at which they will be able to drop off your product, what kind of FOOLERY is this. I am ANGRY and HIGHLY ****ED OFF. I WANT MY DEVICE ASAP!!!!!!! IM TIRED OF THIS ****, DIGITAL PLANET CAN GO WORK ON ANOTHER PLANET!!! there is no place for them on planet EARTH! bunch of ALIENS!!!!
